Shipping policy

Shipping Time & Policies:

Please allow 4-6 days for your order to reach the post office. Orders are often processed sooner than later, with most orders shipping within 24 hours of purchase. Orders are shipped daily. The extra time is to account for unexpected circumstances and weather events that may cause a delay.

Label creation is part of the 4-6 days for processing. Your label may be printed a few days prior to your order being scanned with the postal service. Tracking information is automatically sent via email once the shipping label has been printed. Once your package has shipped please use your tracking number to check the status of your order.  We cannot provide you with more information than what is shown with tracking. 

We are not responsible for lost packages or any package that says it has been delivered. If you cannot locate your delivered package please contact your local post office for assistance. We are not responsible for address input errors. Please make sure that you have input your address correctly. In the address provided to Mystic Midnight is incorrect you will be responsible for secondary shipping fees once the package has been returned before your order can be sent out again.
